Using our contemporary Kentish Bistro, set within Lympne Castle, The Garden of England Cook School provides a range of different cookery courses.

The Garden of England Cook School is headed up by its founder Ruth Denzey, a qualified professional chef with many years experience in inspiring both adults and children the delights of cooking.

These courses suit all levels of expertise, and range from one-to-one sessions or group classes. We run courses of different durations for all ages and levels of ability and confidence, focusing on fresh, local Kent produce wherever possible.
